Our Story

Bee Nice Cream is a locally owned ice cream shop at 8003 Broadway in San Antonio. We opened in 2022 and make super-premium ice cream in small batches on-site, using fresh local ingredients whenever we can.

Eric and Stephanie acquired the business in the summer of 2026 after years of interest in neighborhood creameries. As native San Antonians, we were drawn to Bee Nice Cream’s commitment to handcrafted ice cream and its place in the community. We continue to operate the shop with the same focus on quality that guests have come to expect.

Eric brings a long-standing interest in small-batch ice cream production. Stephanie focuses on hospitality and guest experience. Our goal is simple: keep serving the ice cream people already know and love and create a comfortable and enjoyable place for a quick scoop or a longer visit.

We remain committed to the values that have defined the shop: hospitality, a relaxed atmosphere, connection to the neighborhood, and simple moments of enjoyment. Every decision we make starts with the question of whether it strengthens the experience for the people who walk through our door.
